What is a Hero Monument for?

The Hero Monument is a special building that allows you to acquire Tier-5 Troops. With their top-of-the-line attack, defense, and Health Points, the Tier-5 troops are a staple of Civilization War's endgame.

After upgrading the Hero Monument, click on the "Event" button located at the top of your game interface and claim your Tier-5 Troops.
